We’re looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who has experience using AI for video generation and editing. You will not just be splicing clips; you’re crafting compelling narratives with the aid of advanced AI tools. You possess a deep understanding of storytelling, visual aesthetics, and the latest AI-driven video editing technologies. You’re a creative problem-solver, constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in video production.
Responsibilities:
- AI-Powered Video Editing & Creation:
- Utilize AI-powered tools for tasks such as automated scene detection, object removal, style transfer, and intelligent color grading.
- Experiment with and implement AI-generated video elements, including motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design.
- Leverage AI-driven transcription and translation tools to enhance accessibility and global reach.
- Use AI to enhance existing footage, and restore old footage.
- Narrative & Storytelling:
- Craft engaging and emotionally resonant video narratives that align with client goals and target audiences.
- Develop compelling visual sequences and pacing that captivate viewers.
- Collaborate with content creators and strategists to ensure video content aligns with overall marketing strategies.
- Technical Proficiency & Innovation:
- Stay at the forefront of AI-driven video editing technologies and trends.
- Experiment with emerging AI tools and techniques to enhance video production workflows.
- Maintain a strong understanding of video codecs, formats, and compression techniques.
- Optimize video content for various platforms and devices.
- Creative Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and strategists.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions.
- Present video concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot AI workflow issues.
- Continuous Learning & Adaptation:

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using AI-powered video editing tools and software (e.g., Runway ML, Adobe Sensei, Descript, etc.).
- Strong understanding of video storytelling principles and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of video production.
- Knowledge of video creation with AI generation tools.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts, and how they apply to video.
