Role Overview:

As a Digital Account Manager (Agency Sales) at Pleomatic, you’ll be at the forefront of our business development efforts. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. You’ll work closely with our strategy, creative, and technical teams to develop compelling proposals and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Business Development:
    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify target industries and potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients.
    • Understand client needs and objectives, and translate them into effective digital solutions.
    • Act as a trusted advisor and provide expert guidance on digital marketing strategies.
  • Proposal Development & Sales Presentations:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
    • Effectively communicate Pleomatic’s value proposition and capabilities.
    • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis:
    • Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Provide regular updates to management on sales pipeline and progress.
  • Industry Knowledge & Networking:
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional network.
    • Represent Pleomatic in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in agency sales or business development within the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and web development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.   
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
