Summary:

As the Lead – Creative & Content Direction will lead the creative and content production efforts, ensuring consistent brand identity, high-quality output, and strategic alignment with client objectives. This role will manage a team of specialized content creators, providing guidance, direction, and oversight to deliver compelling and effective creative assets across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Creative Direction & Brand Management:
    • Establish and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all creative and content materials.
    • Provide creative direction and guidance to the design and content teams.
    • Oversee the development of visual concepts and design solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
    • Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Content Strategy & Management:
    • Develop and implement content strategies that align with client goals and target audiences.
    • Manage the content production process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality content.
    • Oversee content planning, creation, editing, and distribution across various channels.
    • Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent content delivery.
    • Edit and proofread content for accuracy and style.
  • Team Leadership & Management:
    • Lead and mentor a team of specialized content creators (video editors, graphic designers, copywriters).
    • Assign tasks, provide feedback, and monitor team performance.
    • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
    • Manage project timelines and budgets.
    • Conduct performance reviews, and give constructive critisism.
  • Client Collaboration & Communication:
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their creative and content needs.
    • Present creative concepts and content strategies to clients.
    • Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
    • Present design concepts, and content strategies to stake holders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in art direction, design, and content management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in design software and content management systems.
  • Strong understanding of brand identity and content strategy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong portfolio of relevant creative work.
