Service Terms

Consultations

  • Initial consultations are subject to scheduling availability
  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once services are delivered
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

Reports and Deliverables

  • Business assessment reports are for internal use only
  • Recommendations are based on provided information accuracy
  • Implementation of recommendations is at client discretion

Intellectual Property

All content, tools, methodologies, and materials provided by Pleomatic are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and business data. We expect clients to respect our proprietary methodologies and confidential processes.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due according to agreed invoice terms
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

Limitation of Liability

Pleomatic provides services "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pleomatic harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice. Pleomatic reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
