What we collect
Demo & quote enquiries. When you submit the free-AI-demo form we collect your name, work email, company, website URL, what you'd like and your one-line note, plus the page you submitted from. We use it to build your demo and respond to your enquiry — that's the consent you tick on the form. To build the demo we read only your website's public content.
Free audits. The AI website audit asks for your name, your website address and your work email before it runs. We keep them with how you reached us (the ad click ID and campaign tags in the page address, the page you landed on and when), email them to our team, enter them in Allied Biztech's customer-relationship and support system (CRM) on servers in India, which receives them through Cloudflare's network, and use them to reply and to follow up about Pleomatic's services. A Cloudflare Turnstile check confirms you are a person before the audit starts; Cloudflare receives your network address and browser signals for that.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2. Analytics storage is denied by default; nothing is measured unless you grant consent. IP addresses are anonymised.
On your device. We store a few small items in your browser's localStorage: your theme choice (dark/light), your cookie choice, the campaign that brought you here (90 days, and only after you accept on the cookie banner) and, only if you tick "Remember my details on this device", the website and email you typed (180 days) so the next form is filled in for you. "Not you? Clear them" on a form, or clearing your browser's site data, erases them. If our server is busy when you submit a form, the form is kept on your device until it can be sent. Apart from analytics, which waits for your consent, nothing from these is sent to us until you submit a form.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your data. We don't run ad-personalisation. Enquiry data stays within Pleomatic's operating company and is used only to respond to and serve your engagement.
Retention & your rights
We keep enquiry records for as long as your engagement is active or under discussion. Want your data corrected or deleted? Email us and we'll action it within 30 days.
