Discovery Week 0 · pre-signing

20-minute call, then a written audit.

Before any money changes hands, we map your current funnel and tell you on the call whether we're a fit. If yes, we send a one-pager audit naming the biggest gaps and what they're costing you. You take that audit to your board with or without signing with us.

What we do

MAP — Diagnose Week 1

Deep audit + technical onboarding.

Week 1 is reconnaissance. We get full write access to the systems we'll be operating, finalize the creative direction for ads, and produce the engine-architecture document — the spec your engine will be built against.

What we do
  • Full audit of ad accounts, CRM, calendar, WhatsApp / SMS flow
  • Engine-architecture document: which platforms, which integrations, which fallbacks
  • ASCI / DPDP compliance review for your category
  • Brief on creative direction (visual + copy direction for ads)
What you do
  • Sign service agreement + grant write access to ad accounts
  • 30-min onboarding call with the practitioner who owns your account
  • Approve creative direction (Slack / WhatsApp, ~15 min)

MOLD — Install Weeks 2–4

Engine assembled, tested, and turned on.

Three weeks of build. By Day 30 your engine is live: ads running, WhatsApp answering in sub-60 seconds, bookings landing on your calendar, reminders going out before each appointment. If we miss Day 30 the 70% setup refund triggers automatically.

What we do
  • Build the first ad creative library (~12 variants per platform per category)
  • Wire WhatsApp Business / Twilio with AI first-reply + handoff to human
  • Connect booking calendar (Cal.com / Calendly / existing) to lead flow
  • Install no-show reduction layer (SMS / WhatsApp reminders, 24h + 2h before)
  • Turn on tracking — UTMs, GA4, attribution dashboard
  • Soft-launch ads at small spend, gather data for ~5 days
  • Full launch at your committed monthly budget
What you do
  • Two ~30-min check-ins (Day 7, Day 21)
  • Approve the first ad creative batch (~15 min, async)
  • Brief your reception team on how booked appointments will land

MOVE — Operate Month 2+

Daily ops, weekly reads, monthly reviews.

From Day 31 the engine is in operating mode. AI handles the daily load (creative rotation, WhatsApp first-reply, booking confirmations, reminder sequences). Your practitioner supervises, optimizes weekly, and meets with you monthly to review and decide next moves.

What we do
  • Daily ops: ad spend pacing, WhatsApp queue, booking conflicts, no-show recovery
  • Weekly written read: 5-min email — what worked, what didn't, what's next
  • Monthly review call: full dashboard walkthrough + next-month plan
  • Creative refresh every 2–3 weeks based on fatigue metrics

MULTIPLY — Compound Quarter 2+

Cross-account learnings applied to your engine.

Once your engine is stable, the network effects kick in. Cross-tests from other clinics in your category (anonymised) feed your creative rotation. Benchmarks from comparable businesses anchor every metric we report. Pricing experiments, channel expansions, LTV plays — only after the core engine is steady.

What we do
  • Cross-account creative tests — winners promoted to your account
  • Quarterly benchmark report: your numbers vs. category peers (anonymised)
  • Channel expansion proposals (e.g. add Google Search if Meta is mature)
  • Pricing / LTV experiments — only if your team wants to run them
What you do
  • Approve or reject each Multiply proposal (5 min each, async)
  • Optional: brief your team on LTV plays we recommend
