What exactly do you install in 30 days?
The full appointment engine: paid acquisition (Meta + Google Ads), WhatsApp lead capture with a sub-60-second first reply, an online booking calendar that syncs with your existing tools, a no-show reduction layer (reminders + AI follow-up before each appointment), and an analytics dashboard you can see live. Day 30 you have a working engine — not a strategy deck.
Is this just an agency? Or are you software?
Neither, exactly. We are an agency that runs your engine, but we ship the engine itself — pre-built, configured for your category. Closest analogue: a fractional-CMO + AI-leveraged ops team that ships infrastructure on Day 30 and operates it from Day 31. We don't sell strategy decks; we don't sell software you have to operate yourself.
Do you work in my industry?
We're built deepest for aesthetic clinics, dental clinics, salons & spas, fitness studios, and veterinary clinics. If your business books appointments and one saved no-show pays for the retainer, we probably build for you. The /industries page has the playbook for each category. Do I need to switch my existing tools?
No, in almost every case. We integrate the platforms you already use — HubSpot, Zoho, Cal.com, Calendly, Razorpay, Stripe, your ad accounts. The /stack section on the homepage lists everything we plug into. If you have an unusual tool, we'll tell you on the intro call whether we can bridge to it.
What's NOT included?
Three things we deliberately don't do: (1) Build you a website or rebrand your existing one — the engine plugs into the site you have. (2) Operate your in-clinic team (reception, scheduling, treatment) — that's yours; we hand off qualified booked appointments to it. (3) Sales coaching, content production, or PR — we drive booked appointments. Anything beyond that gets routed to a specialist partner.

How does the pay-for-performance plan actually work?
Zero up-front. Zero retainer. We install the engine on our cost. Once the engine is live and booking appointments, we take 25% revenue share for the first 6 months on bookings the engine produces. Month 7 you switch to the Standard plan or exit cleanly with the engine handed off. We carry the risk of installing it. 25% is the middle of the industry band for outcome-based agencies (typical range 15–25% on revenue). We're picky about which businesses we sign for it — see the eligibility gate on /pricing.
Why does the Standard plan have a setup fee?
₹44K one-time covers the 30-day install: configuring ad accounts, wiring WhatsApp + calendar + CRM, building creative, running the audit. Setup + first month are usually a single PO from the client side. If we miss the 30-day install milestone, 70% of the setup fee (about ₹30K) is refunded automatically — see /guarantees.
Do you mark up ad spend?
No. Ad spend goes on your card directly. You see every rupee that leaves your account. We charge zero agency markup on media. This is non-negotiable and contractual.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The Standard plan is 30-day cancellation, no lock-in — written into the contract. The Performance plan is a 6-month minimum because we carry install risk; after month 6 it's the same 30-day exit. If you exit, ad accounts and creative are yours. We hand off cleanly.
When am I billed?
Standard plan: setup fee on signing (½ refundable per /guarantees if we miss). Monthly retainer billed monthly in advance, prorated for first month from go-live date. Performance plan: nothing until the engine is live. Revenue share calculated monthly from booked appointments and invoiced on the 1st.

How fast can we go live?
30 days from signed agreement to live engine — that's the SLA. Detailed week-by-week breakdown on /how-it-works. If we miss the 30-day milestone, 70% of the setup fee is refunded (Standard plan) or we extend the 6-month performance window by however long we ran over (Performance plan).
Who do I actually talk to?
One named practitioner who owns your account end-to-end, plus a shared Slack / WhatsApp thread for day-to-day. You don't get bounced between strategy, media, and customer success teams. The practitioner is supported by AI for operational scale, but the relationship is human-owned.
What do I need to provide?
Access to your ad accounts (or we create new ones in your name), your booking calendar (we integrate), your existing customer data if you want us to re-engage past leads, and ~30 minutes a week of your time for the weekly read. We bring everything else.
Will my staff need training?
Light training: 1–2 hours, mostly on how the dashboard works and how leads land in your existing system. We handle the operational complexity of running the engine; your staff handles the in-clinic side of the appointment. The handoff is designed to be invisible.

What if you don't hit the targets?
Each SLA has a specific consequence written into the contract. Miss the 30-day install → 70% setup refund. Miss the 60-second WhatsApp reply rate (95th-percentile) → corrective action review within 48 hours. Miss 15 bookings per ₹50K ad spend over a sustained month → spend pause + re-audit at our cost. Do you guarantee sales?
No — we guarantee BOOKED APPOINTMENTS. Sales conversion happens in your clinic by your team during the consult itself. We control the engine that gets qualified prospects into your chair on time. If your in-chair conversion is broken, we'll flag it in the diagnostic but we won't promise to fix it for you — sales coaching isn't our service.
How do I know the numbers are real?
You see the dashboard live. Ad spend on your card. Bookings in your calendar. WhatsApp threads in your phone. No "trust me, I'll send you a screenshot" — every metric we report against is in a system you can audit yourself. Monthly reviews include a reconciliation you can spot-check.

Are you DPDP-compliant?
Yes — every engagement ships with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 consent capture, lawful-purpose declarations, and a 30-day deletion-on-request workflow. Patient/customer data is stored in India. Full details on /privacy.
What about ASCI for medical advertising?
Every ad we run goes through an ASCI-aligned claims review before publication. We maintain a whitelist of compliant phrasings per category (aesthetic, dental, medical) and refuse to run copy that violates Meta / Google / ASCI policy — even when the client requests it. The refusal is a feature, not a bug.
Who owns the data and creative?
You do. Ad accounts in your name, creative library transferable, lead database exportable on request within 14 days. We're a vendor running your engine — not a moat-builder hoarding your assets.
