Two plans. Same engine. Same SLA.
Pick the plan that matches your appetite for risk and timing. Both are refunded if we miss the 30-day install milestone — no questions, no committee, no penalty clauses we exercise instead.
Performance plan
Zero upfront. We get paid when you get booked.
- ✓ Full appointment engine installed in 30 days
- ✓ Daily operations, weekly read, monthly review
- ✓ All SLAs (60s WhatsApp reply, 15 bookings per ₹50K ad spend)
- ✓ Refund if we miss the 30-day install milestone
- ✓ Switch to Standard or exit cleanly at month 6
Standard plan
Predictable. Lower long-run cost as your bookings scale.
- ✓ Same install, same SLA, same operations
- ✓ 70% setup refund if we miss the 30-day install
- ✓ Ad spend on your card, no agency markup
- ✓ Quarterly benchmark report against businesses like yours
- ✓ 30-day cancellation, no lock-in
Both plans cover the same set of deliverables. The only difference is how we get paid. We'll help you choose on the intro call.
Performance is gated. Standard isn't.
Zero up-front means we underwrite the install. Performance opens up when your business clears these four numbers — both sides can verify in 30 seconds. If any is a hard no, start on Standard; Performance unlocks after a successful quarter.
✓ Plus clean ad accounts — no active Meta or Google platform suspensions. We review ASCI history during MAP.
Same engine. Same SLA. Same compliance posture.
The plan you pick changes how we get paid, not what you get. The full operational package below is identical across Performance and Standard.
Full engine install in 30 days
Ads, WhatsApp Business, calendar booking, no-show reduction layer, attribution dashboard. Week-by-week timeline.
Sub-60s WhatsApp first reply, 95% of the time
AI handles first reply; humans on call for escalations. Measured by WhatsApp Business API timestamps, not by us.
15 booked appointments per ₹50K ad spend
Sustained over a month at standard category competition. We tell you on the intro call if your specific city + treatment combo supports that target.
ASCI + DPDP compliance, baked in
Every ad pre-screened against ASCI's medical-claim whitelist. Every lead captures DPDP-required consent. Data stored in India.
Zero markup on ad spend
Ad spend on your card, platform invoices to your email. We don't take a media markup — ever, on either plan.
Clean exit on 30-day notice
Ad accounts, creative, lead database, dashboard credentials — all handed off within 14 days of notice. Read the full SLAs.
Hard questions about the money side.
Is the Performance plan actually free if no appointments book?
Yes — until the engine is live and producing. You pay zero setup, zero monthly. Once the engine starts booking appointments, 25% revenue share kicks in (calculated monthly, invoiced on the 1st). If the engine fails to produce any bookings in months 1-2, we don't ask you for anything; we either fix it or release you cleanly.
How is the 25% revenue share benchmarked?
25% sits at the middle of the industry band for outcome-based agencies (typical range: 15–25% of revenue from booked appointments). For comparison: pure performance media-buying is 10–15% of ad spend (much lower carry); equity-style deals run 40%+ (much deeper carry). We chose 25% because it's defensible against any benchmark, it pays for the install + first-6-months operations we underwrite, and it doesn't make Standard look like the bargain plan. Run the all-in math in the calculator to see the comparison for your specific volume.
What if I want to switch from Performance to Standard mid-contract?
You can — month 7 onwards, automatically. We pro-rate the Standard fee from switch-date. No penalty, no negotiation. The Performance plan is designed as a graduation path to Standard, not a permanent arrangement.
What does "ad spend on your card" mean exactly?
Your business credit card or bank account is loaded directly into the Meta Business Manager and Google Ads accounts. Platform invoices come to your email. We never touch the money. You see every transaction in real time. This is non-negotiable and contractual on both plans.
Are there cheaper plans for very small operations?
No. The engine has a fixed operational cost on our side regardless of your booking volume. We tell single-practitioner / single-chair clients on the intro call that the engine is over-engineered for their volume — they're better served by simpler tools until they scale into our minimum.
Run the numbers, then book the call.
The calculator gives you a sober estimate of what booked appointments should cost your business. The call tells you whether we're the right team to deliver it.
