Terms of service

Pleomatic is a brand and service operated by Allied Biztech Solutions Pvt Ltd, a private limited company registered in India (Bangalore, Karnataka, India). This page summarises the terms under which we engage clients. Every engagement is governed by a signed service agreement; the language below is the public-facing summary.

1. Contracting entity

All Pleomatic engagements are contracted with Allied Biztech Solutions Pvt Ltd. Invoices, GST, refunds, and all monetary obligations flow through this entity. The Pleomatic brand is operated under this corporate structure.

2. What we deliver

Every engagement begins with a signed service agreement that lists the deliverables, the SLAs, and how we get paid. The headline SLAs are publicly published — see /guarantees — and are written verbatim into each client's agreement with the consequences (refund triggers, credit clauses) intact.

3. Asset ownership

Ad accounts (Meta, Google) are created and held in the client's name. Creative produced for the engagement is licensed to the client perpetually. The lead database flowing through our engine remains the client's data. We retain rights only to anonymised aggregate metrics for benchmarking.

4. Termination + handoff

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice (Standard plan) or per the agreement schedule (Performance plan minimums apply). On termination, we hand off ad accounts, creative library, lead database, and dashboard credentials within 14 days. Asset-handoff checklist is co-signed by both sides to confirm transfer.

5. Compliance posture

We refuse to publish ad copy that violates Meta, Google, or ASCI (Advertising Standards Council of India) policy, including at client request. Every creative passes a documented claims-review before publication. DPDP-compliant consent capture is built into every lead form we operate.

6. Limitation of liability

Our total liability under any engagement is capped at the fees paid by the client to Allied Biztech Solutions Pvt Ltd in the preceding 12 months. Specific SLA refund clauses (e.g., 70% setup refund if 30-day install milestone is missed) operate inside this cap. Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages are excluded.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms and all engagements are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
